ABOUT FAMILY AFFAIR PUPPIES A little bit about our team at Family Affair Puppies and why we love what we do… When looking for a new puppy, it’s as important to know about the breeder as it is the puppy. We created Family Affair Puppies to change the industry by offering loving and healthy puppies that have been well-socialized by our family. Our family- John, Leona and four of our five children are involved in caring for the sweet puppies and their parents. Also we have Jennifer as our staff helping to keep every puppy clean and social. And Naomi, our photographer capturing the pose of these adorable little ones. John has been very involved in numerous different boards and committees that are all focused on helping breeders attain higher breeding standards which produces better quality puppies for families as yours to enjoy! We created Family Affair Puppies to improve the family pet industry. Our brand, Family Affair Puppies represents someone who takes pride in taking care of their dogs. Which is why we have become Certified to use only the highest of standards which have come from Purdue University’s study and program called Canine Care Certified! So what is Canine Care and why is it important! Purdue University did a study and out of that came the program called Canine Care Certified. Canine Care Certified is a nationwide, voluntary program(also considered the highest of standards) that addresses the health and overall welfare of dogs in the care of breeders in the United States. It is the only program that not only incorporates measures of the physical health of dogs and puppies raised by breeders, but also strongly emphasizes their behavioral well-being. We produce puppies that are often seen running around people’s homes and yards as a part of an extended family, which is why we breed only with high standards in mind for our breeds. The puppies have living conditions close to perfect so they can live up to being your new best friend! We work hard every day at providing you with quality pets! As anyone knows, having caring friends or companionship has many benefits not just such as mental health but also physical health too- improving both sleep patterns and heart function through stress relief & lowering blood pressure levels among other things.
